For your peace of mind, we have Vets on 24 hour call and there is always a member of the family onsite 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Feeding

The kennels are run by the owner, Richard, who established the kennels 32 years ago. Our daughter Julie assists with the day to day running of the kennels.

The kennels are light and spacious, each individual kennel consists of a heated inner sleeping area with a covered run attached.

We clean and disinfect the kennels everyday using animal friendly disinfectant.

Each kennel has a soft, warm fleece bed, which is changed daily. Owners are welcome to bring a blanket and a few toys from home to help their dogs to settle in and feel more at home.

A calm and relaxed environment for your dogs holiday with the highest levels of care, hygiene and security.

We strive to feed the same or similar food to what your dog has at home.
We stock a range of locally produced complete dog foods from Skinners of Stradbrooke (See www.skinnerspetfoods.co.uk) as well as a range of other brands including Gluten free foods.

We are happy to administer any and all special dietary and medical requirements at no extra cost.

(Dogs and cats requiring daily insulin injection can also be accomadated)
Walking the dogs takes place in our large fenced grass paddock, where each dog is exercised individually or in a family group at least twice a day and always on a lead. Exercise off the lead takes place in our all weather exercise barn so the dogs are still exercised whatever the weather.

Because we are not a large business, we are able to give your dogs lots of individual attention and spend time playing games off the lead in the all weather play barn, which has lots of toys.

Your dog is NEVER exercised with anyone else's dogs and all exercise and play is supervised.

The reason that we do not allow groups of dogs to exercise together is to prevent injuries, to avoid unwanted puppies and to prevent the spread of fleas and ticks.

Exercise

All kennels have at least 3 secure gates or doors between the kennel and the outside of the complex.
