​​​​​​​All prices are charged per day.  Arrival and collection days are included.

All days booked must be paid for.

Unfortunately we are unable to except credit or debit cards.​ We except cash, bank transfers and cheques but payment must be made on or before collection.

 Due to increased staffing costs all bookings for Christmas and New year will attach an extra £2 per Dog and £1 per Cat per DAY. Except when 2 or more Dogs/Cats are sharing.

During the winter months all of the Kennels and cat chalets are heated and we supply extra blankets and fleeces. But in the event of extreme cold weather EXTRA heating will be turned on in the Kennels and Cattery with the cost of £2 per day.

During Extremely hot weather our guests (both Dogs and Cats) are kept cool and comfortable. We have Fans and good ventilation as well as all of the accommodation is covered, so lots of shade. We also ensure all of the animals have a constant supply of fresh water and the dogs are walked early in the morning and late in the evening (ie when its cooler).

THE INCREASE IS NESSERSARY FOR US TO CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN OUR HIGH STARDARDS AND TO COVER EVERYTHING WE DO FOR AND PROVIDE FOR YOUR PETS.

WE SHALL BE CHARGING PER DOG PER DAY REGARDLESS OF SIZE.

WITHOUT AN INCREASE WE SHALL SIMPLEY NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE.
